Ultra-precision optical microscopy cryosta(CryoAce®)
The precision-fine optical microscopy cryostat (registered trademark: CryoAce®) incorporates multiple damping technologies, including a patented cold-head suspension damping system and a robust adiabatic support structure. These features reduce the vibration level of standard refrigerators to the nanoscale, with a nominal range of 10nm-20nm (Note: Vibration levels vary by configuration). Its minimum temperature ranges from 2.8K to 3.5K (Note: Minimum temperature varies by configuration). Standardly equipped with top and side windows, a vacuum gauge, and a calibrated thermometer, the system is compatible with one or more sets of nano-positioning stages and objective lenses. It serves as an ideal low-temperature platform for experiments involving single quantum dots, NV centers, single molecules, microscopic optics, and low-temperature cold traps.
The CryoAce features a benchtop design, eliminating the need for a specially modified vibration-isolated optical platform with holes. It offers exceptional convenience in installation, movement, and transportation, while also enabling easy integration with microscopes, commercial spectrometers, and self-constructed optical setups. This device comes standard with an air-cooled helium compressor, thus requiring no water chiller. It boasts a small footprint, operates without three-phase electricity, and has low power consumption. Equipped with multiple built-in cryogenic adsorption pumps, the CryoAce can maintain high vacuum performance during long-term operation without the need for a continuous vacuum supply from an external vacuum pump.
The CryoAce Cryostat is available with a variety of cold plate sizes, including diameters of 5 cm, 10 cm, 15 cm, and 20 cm. It also offers multiple optional configurations, such as: Multi-pin/BNC/Triax BNC electrical feedthroughs; SMA/2.92mm/2.4mm/1.85mm RF (Radio Frequency) feedthroughs; Optical fiber feedthroughs; Optical windows for transmitting γ-rays, X-rays, UV (Ultraviolet), Vis (Visible), IR (Infrared), THz (Terahertz) and other wavelength bands; PUCK/DIP/LCC electrical sample holders, optical transmission sample holders, etc.; Various cryogenic leads, flexible coaxial cables, flexible triaxial cables, RF semi-rigid cables, and more.

Notes: 1、The minimum temperature is a test result obtained without external heating load. 2、The minimum temperature and vibration level are closely related to thermal connection. Enhancing the thermal connection enables a lower temperature but will increase the vibration level; conversely, reducing the thermal connection can decrease the vibration, yet the minimum temperature will increase slightly. 3、The cool-down time is also closely associated with the thermal connection. |
